The registration fee mentioned above is EXCLUSIVE of GST @ 18% (as applicable).
USD rates mentioned are only indicative. Your account will be deducted at the prevailing rate of exchange at the time of the transaction.
You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI/ Money Transfer.
Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 4.5% for all online transactions.
Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount/ fee.
While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/valuables or damage to your property.
The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation (unless you have opted for an accommodation package), sightseeing tours, or airport transfers.
Membership No. and a proof of being a student, nurse, etc. will be captured in the online registration form for verification, depending on the category you select.
Visa letter requests will be accepted till June 30, 2026.

No conference kit or bag will be provided to accompanying persons.
Accompanying Persons, including spouses, will not be allowed to attend scientific sessions.

Any cancellation requests must be communicated via email to connect@wcog2026india.com
Cancellation requests received on or before July 31, 2026, will be eligible for a full refund after deduction of GST and bank convenience fees.
No refunds will be entertained post July 31, 2026, except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
The Organising Committee’s decision will be final in this regard.
