Terms & Conditions:

  • The registration fee mentioned above is EXCLUSIVE of GST @ 18% (as applicable).
  • USD rates mentioned are only indicative. Your account will be deducted at the prevailing rate of exchange at the time of the transaction.
  • You can register online using your Debit/ Credit Card/ UPI/ Money Transfer.
  • Bank convenience fee will be charged additionally @ 4.5% for all online transactions.
  • Registration is mandatory & will be only considered as confirmed on receipt of the full amount/ fee.
  • While your safety is of utmost importance, the organisers will take no responsibility for loss of belongings/valuables or damage to your property.
  • The registration fee does not include any travel cost, insurance, accommodation (unless you have opted for an accommodation package), sightseeing tours, or airport transfers.
  • Membership No. and a proof of being a student, nurse, etc. will be captured in the online registration form for verification, depending on the category you select.
  • Visa letter requests will be accepted till June 30, 2026.

Entitlement for Invited Faculty & Registered Delegate:

  • Conference kit/ bag with all conference information.
  • Access to scientific sessions & exhibition/trade area.
  • Access to industry workshop sessions.
  • All days conference luncheons and dinners.
  • Access to PG course sessions.

Entitlement for Accompanying Person:

  • All day’s conference luncheons and dinners.
  • Access to exhibition/trade area.
  • No conference kit or bag will be provided to accompanying persons.
  • Accompanying Persons, including spouses, will not be allowed to attend scientific sessions.

Entitlement for Industry Partners:

  • All day’s conference luncheons.
  • No conference kit or bag will be provided to Industry Partners.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Any cancellation requests must be communicated via email to connect@wcog2026india.com
  • Cancellation requests received on or before July 31, 2026, will be eligible for a full refund after deduction of GST and bank convenience fees.
  • No refunds will be entertained post July 31, 2026, except in case of any travel restrictions imposed by the government.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the conference, if not earlier.
  • The Organising Committee’s decision will be final in this regard.
